At VIMLA JEWELS, our first priority is to make every customer experience smooth, transparent, and trustworthy. We understand that jewelry is personal, and we aim to make our return and refund process as simple and fair as possible for our customers.
Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before placing an order.
- Return Eligibility
- VIMLA JEWELS offers a 3-day return policy from the date of delivery.
- To be eligible for a return, the product must be returned with:
- Original bill/invoice
- Product box/packaging
- Tags
- Certificates (if any)
- Accessories/free gifts received with the order
- The product must be:
- Unused and unworn
- Undamaged
- In original condition
- Free from perfume, lotion, cream, water exposure, sweat, or any chemical usage
- Every returned product goes through a quality inspection by the VIMLA JEWELS team before the return is approved.
- Defective or Damaged Product Claims
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, you must contact VIMLA JEWELS within 24 Hrs of delivery.
To process the claim, customers must provide:
- A clear 360-degree unboxing/product video
- Visible footage of:
- The jewelry item
- Original packaging
- Tags
- Invoice/bill
- Accessories/free gifts included with the order
Important:
- The video must be clear and unedited.
- Claims without proper video proof may not be accepted.
- Refund Method
- Once the returned product is received at the VIMLA JEWELS warehouse and passes quality inspection, the refund will be issued in the form of a wallet/store credit amount.
- The wallet amount can be used for future purchases on VIMLA JEWELS within 6 monthsfrom the date of issue.
- Refund Amount Policy
- Refunds will always be processed based on the original purchase price mentioned on the invoice.
- Current product prices, updated pricing, discounts, or market fluctuations will not be considered while calculating refund value.
Example:
If a product was purchased during a sale or discount period, the refund/store credit will only be issued for the amount actually paid by the customer, not the original MRP.
- Sale Products
- Products purchased during any sale, promotional offer, or discount event are eligible for return only according to the amount paid during the sale.
- VIMLA JEWELS will not refund the original/full product price if the item was purchased at a discounted rate.
- Non-Refundable Charges
The following charges are non-refundable:
- Shipping charges
- COD charges (if applicable)
- Express delivery charges (if applicable)
These charges will not be refunded in case of return or cancellation after shipment.
- Missing Items in Return Orders
- Customers must return all products originally included in the shipment.
- In cases where a customer claims to have returned multiple items, but the actual pickup package does not contain all products, VIMLA JEWELS reserves the right to deduct an amount up to the full MRP of the missing item(s) from the refund/store credit amount.
This policy also applies to:
- Free gifts
- Promotional products
- Complimentary accessories
- Return Approval Rights
VIMLA JEWELS reserves the right to reject returns if:
- The product appears worn or used
- Tags are removed
- Packaging is missing
- The item is damaged due to customer handling
- The return request is made after 3 days of delivery
- The product fails quality inspection
- Return Processing Timeline
- Once the returned product reaches our warehouse, our quality check team will inspect the item.
- After successful verification, the wallet/store credit refund will be processed.
