Exchange Policy
- Customers can request an exchange within 3 daysof receiving the product.
- To be eligible for exchange, the product must be returned with:
- Original bill/invoice
- Original packaging and box
- All tags and accessories provided with the product
Product Condition
The jewelry must be:
- Unused and unworn
- Free from any damage, scratches, or alterations
- Not exposed to perfume, cream, water, chemicals, or any harsh substances
Once the product is received, our team will carefully inspect it. If the item passes the quality check, the exchange will be approved.
Size Exchange
- If a customer wants to change the size of a product, the exchange will depend on product availability.
- If the required size is unavailable, customers can choose another product of:
- The same price
- Higher price (by paying the difference amount)
- Lower price
- If the selected product is of a lower value, the remaining balance amount will be added to the customer’s VIMLA JEWELS walletafter the purchase.
Exchange Method
- We do not provide cash refunds.
- Customers will receive the approved amount in the form of a VIMLA JEWELS wallet credit.
- The wallet amount can be used for future purchases on our website.
- Wallet credit will remain valid for 6 monthsfrom the date of issue.
Important Notes
- Products purchased during special sales or customized jewelry pieces may not be eligible for exchange.
- Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
- VIMLA JEWELSreserves the right to deny exchanges if the returned product does not meet the above conditions.
